1、 Operating procedures:
1. Place cleaning solution in the cleaning tank, with a depth of at least 5cm. If the cleaning solution used is volatile or toxic, a tank cover should be added during cleaning.
2. Connect the power supply. Check if the power supply voltage is within the range of 220~230V. To ensure safe use, this machine must be well grounded. Check if there is a grounding wire inside the power socket.
3. Place the object to be cleaned, which should be completely soaked in the cleaning solution.
4. Power on: Press the power button to start the cleaning machine, and it will immediately work normally.
When starting up, there may be weak induction electricity in the cleaning tank. If the power supply is a coupled independent 220V 50Hz power supply, an external grounding wire can be connected from the cleaning tank; If it is not for the above situation or the power supply situation cannot be clarified, the grounding wire can also be omitted, but the cleaning object needs to be removed and placed after the ultrasonic generator is turned off.
5. Work: During the operation of the machine, attention should be paid to the sound emitted by the machine. The normal sound should be a uniform hissing sound. If other strange noises are made, it may be due to inappropriate water level or excessive cleaning of workpieces. Adjusting the water level and workpiece quantity appropriately can solve the problem. During the work process, attention should also be paid not to vigorously stir the cleaning solution to prevent adverse feedback to the machine. It is best not to directly touch the cleaning solution and workpiece with your hands. If contact is necessary, it should be done after turning off the machine.
6. Shutdown: Turn off the power button and the cleaning machine will stop working.
2、 Attention:
1. Pay attention to grounding. On the plug of this machine, the long plug is the ground connection end. When using this machine, a safety grounding wire must be prepared and grounded strictly according to the operating steps, otherwise it will damage the whole machine and endanger personal safety.
2. Regularly monitor the voltage of the power grid and keep it within the required range.
3. After the cleaning machine is running, the temperature of the cleaning solution in the tank will gradually increase, and its temperature should not exceed 80 ℃. If the temperature is too high, it is necessary to replace the cleaning solution or shut down for cooling.
4. The cleaning material should not be directly pressed on the bottom of the cleaning tank. A cleaning rack should be configured according to the situation, and its focus should be distributed at the edge of the tank.
5. If the machine is not in use temporarily, the cleaning solution should be poured out, the power plug should be unplugged, and the machine should be placed in a ventilated and dry place.
