1、 Operator

3、 Operation steps
1. Operators should wear protective equipment, including gloves, goggles, etc., to ensure personal safety.
2. Check if the steam quality tester is installed stably and all cables, contacts, controllers, etc. are connected properly.
3. Collect samples and perform operations such as adding and mixing reagents according to the detection method.
4. Start the operation and follow the operation process to ensure the accuracy and standardization of each step.
5. If any abnormalities occur, the machine should be stopped for inspection and the fault should be promptly resolved. Do not continue operating until the fault has been resolved.
6. After the operation is completed, thoroughly clean and disinfect each testing instrument and reagent vessel, and promptly restore the initial state of each component.
7. Save the test results and analyze them, and keep good work records.
4、 Precautions
1. The electrical and mechanical systems of the steam quality tester should be regularly maintained and serviced to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
2. Operators should have a comprehensive understanding of the properties of reagents and the characteristics of materials.
3. During the operation, attention should be paid to tools such as pliers and clamps, as well as warning signals of impact or breakage.
4. Avoid unrelated operations on instruments, equipment, and their foggy components to prevent damage to the necessary parts.
5. During the operation, the liquid level should be adjusted strictly according to the requirements to avoid reagent fluctuation and overflow.
6. When cleaning devices or replacing reagents, follow a fixed procedure to avoid mixing waste with other reagents.
