Operating procedures for insoluble particle detector
Date: 2024-03-19Read: 6
As a common laboratory instrument, insoluble particle detector is mainly used to analyze the number and particle size distribution of insoluble particles in samples. Whether in the laboratory or on the production site, proper use and reasonable maintenance can effectively improve the service life and accuracy of instruments. Today, the editor will introduce the operating procedures of the insoluble particle detector to help users better use the instrument.
1. Preparation work
Before operation, the following preparations should be made:
1. Confirm that the power cord and socket of the insoluble particle detector are connected properly;
2. Connect the data cable and enable communication with the computer;
3. Confirm that the surface of the detection disk is smooth, free of scratches, fingerprints, and any factors that may affect the accuracy of the instrument;
4. Clean the detection disk thoroughly and blow dry it thoroughly with a hair dryer;
5. Recommend placing the sample bottle in the refrigerator for refrigeration treatment (4 ℃).
2. Sample preparation
Before preparing the sample, it is important to understand the testing methods used, including the required quantity and quality of the sample. Generally speaking, samples should be prepared according to different detection methods to avoid confusion and misjudgment.
3. Operation process
Select the corresponding detection method according to actual needs, turn on the power of the detector, wait for the preheating time to be in place, and then follow the following steps:
1. Open the software interface;
2. Select the detection method that needs to be performed;
3. Click "New" to enter the sample processing interface;
4. Pour the sample into the testing tray;
5. Put the samples in the tray back into the sample bottle;
6. Check 'Start Detection' to initiate the detection process.
4. Operation precautions
During use, the following precautions should be taken:
1. Avoid using too many samples to prevent poor sample fluidity;
2. Pay attention to the operating environment, preferably in a clean kitchen environment;
3. The detection disk should be placed on a smooth desktop to avoid detection errors caused by shaking;
4. The used detection disk should be cleaned in a timely manner to avoid contamination that may affect the subsequent detection.
