The planktonic bacteria sampler is a commonly used detection instrument that can accurately reflect the concentration of microorganisms in clean rooms. It has the advantages of large sampling volume, stable performance, and easy operation.
The airborne bacteria sampler is a porous inhalation sampler based on the Anderson impact principle, with an impact velocity of 10.8m/s, equivalent to the fifth level of Anderson impact intensity.
Detection method of airborne bacteria sampler:
When using a specialized sampler, it is advisable to use an impact based sampler, usually a slit or centrifugal sampler, equipped with a flow meter and regularly checked according to the requirements of the instrument manual. Before entering the testing room, the sampler and culture dish are disinfected with disinfectant in the disinfection room. The culture medium used is nutrient agar or other culture media recognized by pharmacopoeia. When using, first start the vacuum pump to extract air for no less than 5 minutes, and adjust the flow rate, turntable, and speed. Turn off the vacuum pump, put in the culture dish, cover the sampler cover and adjust the clearance height. After setting the sampling point of the sampling port, turn on the sampler and vacuum pump, rotate the timer, and set the sampling time according to the sampling volume.
After all samples are taken, place the culture dishes at 36 ℃± 1 ℃ for 48 hours, take them out for inspection, and the average floating bacterial count should not exceed 5/m3. Three culture dishes should be selected from each batch of culture medium for control culture.
Aseptic or ultra clean workbenches should also be regularly tested for suspended particulate matter, reaching level 100 (usually using a dust particle counter), and filters should be replaced if necessary based on sterility.
Place of use for planktonic bacteria sampler:
Used for sampling and studying airborne microorganisms in pharmaceutical GMP factories, dairy product factories, hospital operating rooms, biological cleanliness, fermentation industries, and related scientific research and teaching departments.
