On December 16, 2025, Li Lecheng, Secretary of the Party Group and Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, presided over the 13th Small and Medium sized Enterprise Roundtable Conference, deeply studying and implementing the important instructions and directives of General Secretary Xi Jinping, focusing on vigorously cultivating and developing high-quality enterprises in the field of instrumentation and improving the independent and controllable level of the industrial chain, and listening to the introduction and opinions of enterprises. Ke Jixin, a member of the Party Group and Vice Minister of the Ministry, attended the meeting.
This roundtable conference invited 10 leaders from small and medium-sized enterprises in the field of instrumentation. As a representative enterprise in the field of gas sensors and high-end scientific instruments, Xiong Youhui gave a detailed introduction to the scientific research innovation and industrialization achievements of Sifang Optoelectronics to the department leaders and attending representatives at the conference. He reflected on the tariff fluctuations, market difficulties, and practical challenges faced by the enterprise in the process of going global, and put forward suggestions.
