The daily maintenance of LX450 rotary granulator should focus on the following core aspects to ensure stable operation and extend the service life of the equipment:
1. Check before startup
Mechanical component inspection: Confirm whether the gap between the pressure roller and the ring mold (recommended 0.1-0.3mm) is normal, and check the wear of the hammer plate (if the unilateral wear exceeds 2mm, it needs to be replaced).
Lubrication of transmission system: The chain is lubricated with special grease every week, and the bearings are lubricated with high-temperature resistant grease every 300 hours of operation.
2. Monitoring during operation
Temperature control and current monitoring: The motor temperature should not exceed 70 ℃, and if the current fluctuation exceeds 10%, the feeding uniformity or transmission system status should be checked.
• Particle quality observation: If poor molding or surface cracks occur, adjust the material moisture content (recommended 12% -15%) or mold compression ratio.
3. Maintenance after shutdown
• Mold hole cleaning: use corn flour and other raw materials to "wash the mold" for 10 minutes to prevent residual materials from hardening and blocking.
Dust cleaning: Use a soft bristled brush or compressed air to remove dust from molds, rollers, and transmission parts.
4. Periodic deep maintenance
Monthly maintenance: Disassemble the conditioner to check blade wear and clean the feeder sensor.
• Quarterly maintenance: Replace gearbox gear oil (recommended ISOVG220 grade), calibrate electronic batching scale accuracy.
Annual major overhaul: Inspect core components such as spindle and bearings, and replace aging seals.
