2、 Standardization during operation
1. Safe operation
Prohibit overloading operation to avoid equipment overheating or damage.
Operators need to wear protective equipment and be familiar with the location of the emergency stop button.
2. Process monitoring
Observe the operation status of the equipment. If there is any abnormal noise or vibration, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
Ensure good sealing to prevent material leakage and environmental pollution.

1. Cleaning and maintenance
Clean up residual materials after each use to avoid solidification affecting the next use.
Regularly lubricate moving parts such as bearings and gears, and replace worn seals.
2. Long term maintenance
Check fasteners and vulnerable parts (such as mixing blades) monthly, and calibrate operating parameters.
The equipment should be placed in a dry and ventilated environment to avoid high temperatures or humidity.
4、 Taboo items
1. Do not operate without load or forcefully mix viscous materials.
2. Overtemperature operation is prohibited and the mixing temperature must be strictly controlled.
