2. Before each shift, it is necessary to check whether all screws are loose. During the work process, regular attention should also be paid to checking. If there is any looseness, it should be tightened immediately to avoid malfunctions.
3. Before each use and after each shift adjustment, it is necessary to manually press a few tablets, and then turn on the electric tablet press after there are no problems.
4. During the tablet pressing process, it is necessary to regularly check the quality of the die. If any missing edges, cracks, or serious damage are found, they should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid machine damage and affect tablet quality.
5. After each use, remove the remaining powder particles and clean all parts of the machine. If the machine is not in use for a long time, the die must be removed, and the friction and working surfaces of the machine should be wiped clean, coated with rust proof oil, and covered with dust-proof clothing; The die should be wiped clean and then immersed in oil for storage.
