The main structure of the flower basket tablet press includes the following parts:
•Power transmission system: The flower basket tablet press usually uses YD series three-phase asynchronous motors to drive the main shaft to rotate through a V-belt and a first stage cylindrical gear. This design enables the machine to operate stably and ensures synchronous operation of various components.
•Cam mechanism: There are three types of cam mechanisms installed on the spindle, which are used to complete the three process procedures of filling, pressing, and discharging. Each program can be adjusted to meet different technical parameter requirements.
•Filling system: During the filling process, the lower punch nail is inserted into the hole of the lower punch rod, inserted to the root, and then aligned with the gap of the machine body to tighten the screw to ensure the accuracy and stability of the filling.
•Pressing system: The upper punch nail is inserted into the hole of the upper punch rod, inserted to the root, and tightened with the fastening screw to ensure stability and accuracy during the pressing process.
•Film dispensing system: The middle mold is inserted into the hole of the middle mold table, and it is important to note that the end face of the middle mold must be 0-0.05mm lower than the plane of the table to ensure smooth dispensing and uniformity of the tablets.
