As the core equipment of Taizhou Tiantai Pharmaceutical, the rotary extrusion granulator achieves a stable production capacity of 100-300kg per hour through a 300mm sieve cylinder and an adjustable aperture design of 1.5-3mm. Its golden ratio of 60rpm milling cutter speed and 7.5KW motor power ensures that the material does not undergo thermal denaturation during mechanical extrusion. The design of all stainless steel contact parts not only meets GMP certification requirements, but also effectively maintains the stability of drug active ingredients.
  Innovative Structure and Intelligent Operation
The equipment adopts a modular quick disassembly design, and the replacement of the screen can be completed in just 5 minutes. Combined with the waste self discharge system of the hollow bearing seat, it solves the problem of material accumulation at both ends of traditional equipment. The operation process realizes' five step standardization ': power detection → no-load debugging → gradient feeding → real-time parameter monitoring → automatic lubrication and maintenance, allowing operators to complete particle size adjustment and production control through the touch screen. Specially equipped current overload protection device can automatically shut down in case of abnormal pressure, avoiding mold damage.
  Cross industry application and technology extension
In addition to tablet granulation in the pharmaceutical field, this equipment has been expanded to three major scenarios after structural improvement: low-temperature granulation of medium speed soluble powders in the food industry, high-density molding of chemical catalyst carriers, and viscous material processing of traditional Chinese medicine extracts. The latest vertical model developed by Tiantai Pharmaceutical integrates an AI visual inspection system, which can provide real-time feedback on particle roundness data, increasing the particle size qualification rate to 98.7%. In the future, data exchange with MES systems will be achieved through IoT interfaces, building an intelligent production line for the pharmaceutical 4.0 era.
