Structural components of electric vacuum feeder

The structure of the electric vacuum feeder mainly consists of the following core components:
1. Vacuum pump
As a core power source, material suction is achieved by generating a negative pressure environment. Common types include oil-free rotary vane, Roots or vortex vacuum pumps.
2. Conveyor system
Suction nozzle: located at the starting end of the pipeline, designed to adapt to different material forms (such as powder and particle).
Transport pipeline: Made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials (such as stainless steel or food grade hoses), connect the suction nozzle to the target position.
3. Filtering device
Including polyester coated filter bags, PE filters, or metal filter cartridges, used to separate materials from air and prevent impurities from entering the vacuum pump.
4. Hopper and material level control
Vacuum hopper: for temporary storage of materials, equipped with a pneumatic discharge door device for automatic unloading.
Level indicator: Real time monitoring of material height, triggering start stop to maintain continuous conveying.
5. Control system
Integrated intelligent module, regulating vacuum pump start stop, conveying speed and monitoring faults, supporting touch screen or button operation.
6. Auxiliary components
Compressed air blowback device: Clean the residual material on the surface of the filter element.
Bracket/Base: Ensure equipment stability and facilitate installation and maintenance.
This system is widely used in fields such as food and pharmaceuticals that require dust-free environments through negative pressure adsorption and closed conveying.
