1、 Preparation before operation
1. Environmental and equipment inspection
Ensure good ventilation in the work area, no flammable materials, no accumulation of debris on the ground, and check that the power/gas connections are normal and leak free.
Test the emergency stop button and safety photoelectric switch functions to confirm that key components such as the bag clamp and vibration device are not loose or worn.
2. Material hoisting
Use a forklift or electric hoist to smoothly lift the ton bag to the unpacking station, ensuring that the unloading port of the ton bag is aligned with the equipment's feeding sealing box.
3. Personal protection
Operators should wear safety helmets, dust masks, goggles, anti cutting gloves, and anti slip shoes.
2、 Core operating procedures
1. Ton bag fixation and sealing
Manually tighten the discharge port of the ton bag, insert it into the bag clamping mechanism of the equipment, and activate the pneumatic/hydraulic bag pressing device to press the bag opening tightly, ensuring that there is no dust leakage in the seal.
2. Bag breaking and unloading
Recyclable bag: manually untie the bag opening rope;
Non recyclable bag: Use a cross cutter to automatically break the bag (to avoid damaging the material).
Open the flow valve, and the material falls by gravity; When there is about one-third of the remaining material, activate the tapping or vibration device to assist in emptying.
3. Dust control
Fully activate the dust removal system and monitor the dust concentration in real-time to ensure compliance with safety standards.
4. Empty bag handling
After the discharge is completed, tighten the discharge port, lift the bag clamp to remove the empty bag, and close the sealing device.
3、 Supplementary process for fully automatic models
1. Automatically complete lifting, bag breaking, and conveying by setting parameters (cutting depth, vibration frequency) through the touch screen.
2. Sensors monitor material flow in real-time and automatically trigger tapping devices to prevent residue.
4、 Security and Exception Handling
1. Safety regulations
Overloading lifting or adjusting moving parts during equipment operation is strictly prohibited; Immediately shut down for maintenance if abnormal noise or dust leakage is detected.
2. Common fault response
Material residue: adjust the tapping frequency or increase the crushing device;
Blocked material/card bag: Clean up the fault after shutting down the machine and cutting off the power, and do not forcefully restart.
3. Maintenance requirements
Daily cleaning of equipment surfaces and pipeline residues, weekly lubrication of chains/bearings, and monthly inspection of electrical circuits.
Note: Explosive and easily agglomerated materials require explosion-proof modules or crushing devices. The specific operation is subject to the equipment manufacturer's manual.
