Let's talk about the light emission process of stainless steel products
Date: 2021-08-24Read: 0
Stainless steel products are street entrances made of stainless steel materials, which are acid and alkali resistant and meet the SUS304 food hygiene level. They include stainless steel cabinets, trash cans, etc., and are certified. Due to its smooth and sturdy surface, resistance to dirt accumulation, and ease of cleaning, stainless steel products are widely used in fields such as building materials decoration, food, catering, brewing, and chemical engineering.
Below, the editor will briefly introduce the light emission process of stainless steel products, as shown below
The main purpose of the light emitting part is to achieve a mirror like finish by polishing the stainless steel in front of it.
1. Visually inspect the welded parts that have undergone the polishing process and entered this process to confirm whether there are any issues that cannot be repaired during the polishing stage, such as missing polishing to 1000 #, all welding points not polished, rough polishing marks, severe damage to the protective film, excessive grinding, large rounded corners, severe grinding at both ends, uneven polishing in some areas, etc. If such problems exist, they need to be returned for re polishing or repair. (In this process, it is not possible to repair scratches, dents, and large scratches that occur during polishing, but it is possible to repair very small fine lines, such as those produced by polishing 1000 #. However, it is very difficult.)
2. Mirror finish
Using a high-speed motor to drive a wool wheel (available on the market), combined with a large green wax, mirror polishing is carried out by imitating the previous polishing method. The main purpose of this process is to perform mirror polishing on the workpiece after the previous polishing steps, rather than further grinding. Be careful not to rub the polishing wax onto the covering film on the surface of the workpiece during this step of operation, and be careful not to damage the covering film.
3. Polish and shine
This process is the final step of mirror polishing, where a clean cotton cloth wheel is used to rub the surface of the workpiece after passing through the mirror, wiping and polishing all the previously completed workpieces. The goal of this process is to make the welding marks indistinguishable on the surface of the workpiece, and to polish the waxed and polished workpiece with a brightness of 8k higher than the mirror reflection, and the polished and unpolished parts of the workpiece are almost indistinguishable. Achieve a mirror effect.
