The automatic unpacking machine achieves orderly unpacking, material recycling, and waste disposal of bagged materials through standardized process design, adapting to the production needs of multiple types of bagged materials (such as powder and granular materials).
Process flow of automatic unpacking machine
1. Loading and positioning
The automatic unpacking machine sends ton bags (or woven bags) into the feeding port of the equipment through a conveyor belt or forklift. The sensor automatically recognizes the position of the bag opening, and the pneumatic gripper or electric gripper fixes the bag opening to ensure alignment with the cutting station.
2. Dust free unpacking
•Cutting and breaking bags: Rotating blades or ultrasonic cutting devices quickly cut along the bag opening, and some models are equipped with vacuum ports to synchronously absorb dust and prevent dust from overflowing.
•Material separation: After cutting, the packaging bag is separated by a vibration motor or gravity, and the material falls into the storage bin or conveyor below through a closed pipeline, achieving dust-free feeding.
3. Disposal and cleaning of waste bags
Empty bags are pushed to the waste bag collection area, and some devices can automatically compress waste bags to save space. Built in blowback airflow or high-pressure spray gun to clean residual materials and prevent cross contamination.
4. Intelligent control and security protection
•One click operation: Touch screen preset program controls the entire process, supports remote monitoring and fault alarm.
•Safety design: Emergency stop button, dust cover, explosion-proof design (optional) ensure safe operation and avoid dust explosion risks.
5. Material transportation and screening (optional)
The dismantled materials can be transferred to the storage bin or mixer through screw conveyors, pneumatic conveying systems, etc. Some models are equipped with screening devices to remove impurities or grade materials.
6. Shutdown and maintenance
•Device reset: Turn off the power and check if the parameters have been reset to zero.
•Regular maintenance: Clean the filter screen weekly, check the sealing every month, and replace the hydraulic oil every six months.
