Thirdly, there are five causes and corresponding solutions for the abnormal vibration and noise of the main unit of the small slot mixer

1. Damaged propeller shaft, countermeasures: replace propeller shaft;

2. Installation not adjusted properly, countermeasure: Reinstall and adjust the level of the mixer;

3. Spiral blade damage, countermeasures: replace the spiral blade;

4. Transmission damage, countermeasures: replace the damaged parts of the transmission;
