The surface of the equipment is made of SUS304 stainless steel material, and the parts in contact with the material are made of SUS316L stainless steel and medical grade silicone rubber, which comply with GMP specifications and ensure hygiene and safety during the drug production process. It uses a ceramic plunger pump to achieve quantitative filling, which has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance, and high temperature resistance. The filling accuracy is very high, which can meet the strict requirements of pharmaceutical production for high-precision filling. The sorting and transportation of rubber plugs are achieved through vibration discs, using SUS316L stainless steel clean discs with no cleaning dead corners.
