Technical principle and core components of syringe sealing machine
Date: 2025-05-21Read: 4
The syringe sealing machine mainly consists of four modules: feeding system, quantitative filling system, sealing system, and control system. The feeding system arranges the syringe barrels in an orderly manner and transports them to the filling station through a vibrating disc or robotic arm, with a positioning accuracy controlled within ± 0.1mm. Quantitative filling systems often use ceramic plunger pumps or peristaltic pump technology, combined with high-precision flow sensors, to stabilize filling errors within a range of ± 1%. For biological agents with high viscosity, some models are also equipped with preheating devices to reduce material viscosity.
The sealing system is the core link to ensure the sealing of the product. Modern equipment commonly adopts the 'three in one' sealing technology: first, the surface of the rubber plug is treated with plasma, then the plug is pressed under nitrogen protection, and finally the aluminum cover is sealed by laser or resistance heat sealing. This process needs to be completed within 0.5 seconds, and the leakage rate should not exceed 0.001%.
Key technological breakthroughs and industry applications
1Aseptic assurance technology
The equipment integrates an isolator system and VHP sterilization device, which can perform in-situ sterilization on the working chamber before filling, controlling the environmental microbial load to<1 CFU/m ³. The filling speed under laminar flow protection can reach 300 bottles/minute, while meeting the USP<797>specification requirements.
2Intelligent control system
The online inspection system based on machine vision can recognize the appearance defects of syringes in real time and eliminate defective products through PLC linkage.
3Adaptability of special preparations
For photosensitive agents such as ADC (antibody conjugated drugs), the equipment can be equipped with amber light shields and low-temperature filling modules to maintain a stable state of the material at 8-15 ℃. For varieties that require oxygen avoidance treatment, a fully inert gas protection system can also be optionally selected.
