1. Inaccurate filling quantity

If the filling volume is consistently low, it may be due to the opening of the filling valve being too small. Turning the valve adjustment knob clockwise to increase the opening can solve the problem.
If the filling volume is consistently high, turn the adjustment knob counterclockwise to reduce the opening.
2. The device does not start
First, check the power supply to see if there is a power outage or if the plug is not properly connected.
Check if the emergency stop button has been pressed again. After pressing the emergency stop button, the device will lock. Press the reset button next to the emergency stop button to restore it.
If it still doesn't start, it may be because the fuse in the control panel is blown. Open the control panel and replace it with a fuse of the same specification.
3. Leakage fault
If the filling head leaks, it is mostly due to the aging of the sealing ring of the filling head, and a new sealing ring should be replaced.
If the pipeline joint leaks, tighten the joint first. If it still leaks, replace the sealing gasket at the joint.
If there is liquid leakage at the bottom of the material tank, it may be due to the cracking of the weld seam of the material tank, which needs to be repaired with a welding machine. After the repair welding, a waterproof test should be conducted to ensure that there is no more liquid leakage.
