3. The interface adopts the universal standard ISO quick release chuck type, and the inner liner is made of imported stainless steel SUS316L or SUS304. The inner surface is mirror polished to Ra ≤ 0.6 μ m, and the outer surface can be treated with matte, mirror, sandblasting or cold-rolled primary color matte according to customer requirements

4. The volume is 15L～30000L (customized according to the required volume), and can also be designed and processed according to the actual needs of customers. The heat insulation material of the container shall be high temperature resistant and anti-aging polyurethane foam or pearl cotton.

5. The sealing of the mixer adopts sanitary grade mechanical mixing seal, and the mixing speed can be selected.

6. Equipped with a quick opening manhole, digital temperature gauge, CIP cleaning ball, conical feet, and mixer. The pipe mouth is equipped with a liquid level gauge port (static pressure type, capacitive type, non-contact type, ultrasonic type, glass tube type), an air breathing port, a thermometer (digital display or dial type), a CIP cleaning port, a sight glass, an explosion-proof sight light (integrated sight glass sight light), a SIP sterilization port, an inlet and outlet liquid port, and a sanitary manhole.

Use and maintenance of enzymatic hydrolysis tank

Before heating, it is necessary to first close the refrigerant inlet and outlet valves of the enzymatic hydrolysis tank, release the remaining refrigerant in the jacket, then input the material, start the mixer, and then open the steam valve. After reaching the desired enzymatic hydrolysis temperature, close the steam valve. After 2-3 minutes, turn off the mixer again. After the processing is completed, the remaining condensed water in the tank and jacket should be drained, and the surface of the inner tank should be rinsed with warm water as soon as possible to wash the sticky materials. Then, the inner wall of the container should be thoroughly cleaned with 40-50 degree alkaline water, and then rinsed with clean water. Attention: Do not open the steam valve when there is no material (heat absorbing medium) inside the tank. Special attention should be paid to using steam pressure that does not exceed the rated working pressure.

Maintenance of stainless steel enzymatic hydrolysis tank:Regular attention should be paid to the working condition of the entire equipment and reducer. If the lubricating oil of the reducer is insufficient, it should be replenished immediately. The temperature gauge on the tank and the safety valve, pressure gauge, drain valve, and electrical instruments on the jacket should be checked regularly. If there is a malfunction, they should be replaced or repaired immediately. When the equipment is not in use, the inner wall of the container should be thoroughly cleaned with warm water, and the tank body should be cleaned regularly to keep the surface of the tank body clean and the inner tank bright, achieving the purpose of durability.
