Under the guidance of professionals, install equipment, electrical control devices, and accessories correctly, and check whether the pipelines are unobstructed, whether the installed instruments are correct, and whether there is any damage Before starting the device, please check whether there are any people or objects inside, outside, or around the device that may affect its normal operation to avoid danger.

4. After the installation of the liquid mixing tank, please first conduct a few seconds of trial operation to ensure that there is no electrical short circuit or abnormal noise before proceeding with the short-term trial run.

5. If the stainless steel mixing tank is equipped with a mechanical seal, an appropriate amount of 10 # or sewing machine oil must be injected into the lubrication groove of the machine seal before the main engine is started, and cooling water must be introduced into the cooling chamber of the machine seal to ensure good lubrication and cooling of the machine seal. The machine seal was not adjusted at the factory. After installation, adjust the machine seal to the * position according to the installation and use instructions to operate normally (according to user needs).

6. After the equipment is running normally, please check the bearing temperature, running stability, sealing, and whether the instruments are normal. Only after confirming that they are normal can the feeding operation be carried out.

1. After the equipment arrives at the factory, the supplier sends technical personnel to provide technical services, including free technical training, guidance on assembly, debugging, and trial production services.

2. The product comes with a 1-year warranty for the entire machine and a 2-year warranty for the main unit, with a one-year warranty system. All parts are responsible for maintenance and technical guidance, and only part fees are charged.

3. Under normal operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the equipment, the entire machine is covered by a one-year warranty and the main unit is covered by a two-year warranty. During the warranty period, any non vulnerable parts in the unit that are damaged or fail under normal use shall be compensated and replaced free of charge.
