The main structures of the turnover mobile silo include sealed bucket covers, valves, brake universal wheels, and other mechanisms. Its design features are as follows:
♦ Surface treatment: The inner and outer surfaces are highly polished, with an inner surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m and an outer surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.8 μ m, ensuring a smooth surface and reducing dust adhesion.
♦ Welding quality: All welding joints shall undergo groove treatment, and after double-sided argon arc welding, they shall be ground flat and polished. The welding quality shall comply with relevant standards.
♦ Mobility: Equipped with specially designed casters or brake swivel wheels, it protects the clean area floor from damage while ensuring convenience and stability of movement.
♦ Material: Usually made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, it has excellent corrosion resistance and strength.
♦ Sealing: The sealing bucket cover and valve are both equipped with silicone sealing rings to ensure the sealing and safety of material storage, preventing dust from escaping and polluting the environment.
♦ Appearance: The shape is square, rounded, conical or circular, with rounded transitions at all corners. The surface is smooth without any residue, and the appearance is beautiful.
