Structural characteristics of vacuum defoaming mixing tank
Date: 2023-11-21Read: 0
The vacuum defoaming mixing tank is a fully sealed, vertical structure sanitary and clean container equipment. It uses a high-speed rotating shear wheel and shear stationary wheel of a high shear emulsifier to quickly mix, disperse, emulsify, and homogenize the mixed liquid and mixture in the tank. Widely used in industries such as food (dairy) products, beverages, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, pigments, etc., it greatly improves production efficiency and material quality, especially for additives such as CMC, adhesives, and powders that are difficult to dissolve. The equipment structure can adopt various structural forms such as single-layer, insulation, and jacket (which can be heated and cooled) according to the process requirements.
Structural characteristics of vacuum defoaming mixing tank:
1. Feed: Liquid material is sucked into the tank through a conveying pipeline in a vacuum state.
Discharge: Vacuum suction or pressurized discharge is possible.
2. It can be cleaned online with CIP and sterilized with SIP (121 ℃/0.15MPa).
3. The tank is in a vacuum state, allowing the bubbles generated during the mixing process of the material to be promptly removed.
4. The top of the tank is equipped with a sight light, and the side of the tank is equipped with a sight glass for operators to observe the mixing of materials at any time.
5. Designed according to hygiene requirements, the structural design is easy to operate and the transmission is stable.
6. Suitable diameter to height ratio design, energy-saving, fast material mixing, high emulsification and homogenization efficiency.
7. The surface of the tank body is polished with a mirror finish (roughness Ra ≤ 0.6 µ m); all inlet and outlet ports, mirrors, manholes, and other process openings are welded to the inner tank body using a stretch flanging process with a smooth and easy to clean arc transition. The production process is reliable and stable.
8. The stirring and emulsification process is carried out under fully sealed conditions, effectively avoiding contamination of the product by dust and microorganisms.
