1. Start the main power supply and connect the air source;
2. Open the lift valve button, turn the manual rotary valve to raise the mixer head to the corresponding height and stop;
3. Check the discharge port of the mixing drum, ensure it is closed and tighten the discharge flange;
4. Add the required mixed material into the mixing bucket, place it under the mixer head of the equipment, and insert it into the pin to fix it;
5. Turn the manual rotary valve to lower the mixer head. When the mixing lever is lowered into the mixing drum by about half and the first limit switch is triggered, start the low-speed mixing button and slowly lower while mixing until the two flanges are aligned and closed. Use three clamps to clamp them;
6. After the materials are mixed until they are wet and free of dust, close the inlet ball valve, open the exhaust ball valve, and then start the high-speed mixing and vacuum pump for vacuum mixing. Stop high-speed stirring after half an hour and continue low-speed stirring; After a period of time, if it is confirmed that there are still lumps, high-speed stirring can be restarted for half an hour and then stopped, and low-speed stirring should be maintained until the end of stirring;
7. After confirming that the mixed material meets the standard, stop mixing and vacuuming, open the inlet ball valve, turn the manual rotary valve to raise the mixer head to an appropriate height, and then stop. Pull out the mixing bucket to discharge the material;
8. If gas needs to be added or pressurized gas is used for material mixing, three clamps must be tightened first, vacuum pumping must be stopped, the inlet ball valve and exhaust ball valve must be closed, and then pressurized mixing or unloading can be carried out, and the pressure of the pressurized gas must be less than 0.3Mpa;
9. To reduce the impact of the lowering of the mixing head on the mixing drum, the locking sleeve at the upper end of the guide shaft can be adjusted to control the lowering position of the head, or the manual rotary valve can be repeatedly pulled in both directions to slow down the lowering speed of the head;
10. If the machine head needs to stop quickly during lifting, the manual rotary valve can be turned in the opposite direction, and after a short pause, it can be turned back to the stop position or the ball valve at the lower end of the plunger cylinder can be closed;
11. After the machine head is raised, close the ball valve at the lower end of the plunger cylinder and lock the guide shaft to prevent accidental descent of the machine head and ensure safe operation.
