Hydrogel coater is a common chemical equipment, which is widely used in various coating operations. Proper operation and maintenance measures can extend equipment lifespan, improve work efficiency, and reduce enterprise costs, while improper use and maintenance may lead to equipment failure and affect production. Today, we will introduce the operation and maintenance procedures of the hydrogel coater, so as to improve the use efficiency and prolong the service life of the equipment.
1、 Operating procedures
1. Preparation work
Before ensuring that the equipment is in normal operation, a series of preparatory work must be carried out, including the following steps:
(1) Check the equipment to ensure its integrity
(2) Ensure that the device is connected to the power source
(3) Verify that all control valves are in the closed state
(4) Open the gate valve and drain the residual water inside the equipment completely
2. Start up and run
The normal operation of the equipment can be divided into the following three steps:
(1) Click on the device engine to start
(2) Open the control valve and pump valve, and start injecting paint
(3) By observing the slow rotation of the coating machine, ensure that the coating gradually covers the working surface, and record the coating quantity every minute
3. Shutdown operation
Correct shutdown operation can extend the service life and efficiency of the hydrogel coater. The following are the basic steps of shutdown operation:
(1) Close all pump doors and valves
(2) Click the shutdown button, and the device will search for a normal stop
(3) Power off immediately before cleaning the equipment
2、 Maintenance Regulations
Proper maintenance can not only improve the efficiency and prolong the service life of equipment, but also reduce the occurrence of unexpected events. Here are some key maintenance measures:
1. Equipment cleaning
The storage and result time of the device is too long, which may cause some blockages inside the device. In this case, please follow the steps below to clean the equipment.
(1) Cut off the power first to ensure that the equipment is in a safe state
(2) Remove all portable components
(3) Soak the components in soap and cold water, and repeatedly wipe and rinse them
2. System check
The hydrogel coater also needs to be repaired and cleaned. Clean at least once every two weeks or every month, and use optical instruments to observe whether each component is fatigued or worn.
3. Machine inspection
Here are some common maintenance and inspection steps:
(1) Exhaust the system
(2) Observe whether the machine motor makes any abnormal noise
(3) Do not use hard gases (such as wire brushes and bristle brushes)
