1、 Process principle
1. Heating softening
PVC/PET sheets are softened to a plasticized state by heating devices such as flat or roller heaters, facilitating subsequent molding.
2. Bubble forming
Roller type: Vacuum suction is used to remove the blister.
Flat panel: blow molded using compressed air.
Roller plate: Combining flat plate forming with roller sealing, it combines efficiency and accuracy.
3. Filling and sealing
After the product is filled into the blister, it is covered with an aluminum foil cover film and sealed using a heat sealing device (at a temperature of approximately 160 ℃).
4. Post processing
Print the batch number (steel letters or laser coding) and cut it into the specified size, and the waste material will be automatically wound up.
