Pipeline homogenized emulsion pump is a widely used equipment in industries such as medicine, food, cosmetics, and chemical engineering. Specifically, its application scenarios mainly include the following aspects:
Pharmaceutical industry: This industry requires the preparation of efficient and high-quality injectable, oral, and topical drugs. Homogenization and emulsification pumps can provide stable emulsification effects, improve the homogeneity and bioavailability of the formulations.
Food industry: Homogenization emulsion pumps can be used to prepare food products such as suspensions, cheese, beverages, etc., which can improve the uniformity, taste, and stability of the products.
Cosmetics industry: The manufacturing of cosmetics requires stable emulsification to ensure product quality and taste, and homogeneous emulsification pumps can provide efficient manufacturing technology for this industry.
Chemical industry: Homogenization emulsion pumps can be used to prepare chemical products such as pigments, coatings, resins, adhesives, etc., which can improve product quality and stability.
The pipeline type homogeneous emulsion pump mainly disperses substances such as liquids and gases uniformly through shear and compression forces, thereby achieving the emulsification effect of liquids. During the emulsification process, it is necessary to establish a mixing zone and form high-speed shear and instantaneous high pressure within this zone, so that they can be dispersed among each other. The process principle mainly includes the following steps:
Step 1: Material mixing
In the manufacturing process, it is necessary to mix various raw materials evenly first to ensure that the homogenizer emulsion pump can work properly. The mixture enters the mixing area of the homogeneous emulsion pump through a pumping device.
Step 2: Cut and Mix
After entering the mixing area, the material is subjected to high-speed shearing and stirring through the gap between the rotating rotor and the fixed shell, causing the particles in the material to be cut and mixed with substances such as liquid and gas.
Step 3: Compression
When the mixture is accelerated to shear, the homogeneous emulsion pump will also produce an instantaneous high-pressure effect, so that the air foam in the mixture is compressed into tiny bubbles, while the large particles in the liquid are also compressed into very small particles.
Step 4: Regeneration
When the liquid flows through the homogeneous emulsion pump for too long or is used for too long, sediment may form on the surface of the equipment. To avoid this situation, it is necessary to regularly flush and clean the equipment, and ensure its normal operation.
