Structure and process principle of stainless steel mixing tank
Date: 2024-12-24Read: 5
Stainless steel mixing tank is a device used for storing and mixing various liquid substances, widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and beverages.
The stainless steel mixing tank is mainly composed of a tank body, a bracket, a stirrer, inlet and outlet, a thermometer, etc. Stainless steel material ensures the safety of product storage, while being compact in structure and easy to operate.
1. Tank structure
The tank body is generally made of single-layer or multi-layer stainless steel plates, and the inner wall needs to be polished to ensure hygiene and safety.
2. Bracket structure
The bracket is usually made of stainless steel material and can be customized according to the size and shape of the tank.
3. Blender structure
Blenders often use top or side mixing methods to ensure mixing efficiency.
4. Import and export
Import and export are important parts of stainless steel mixing tanks, which facilitate the addition and extraction of liquids. They are usually connected by stainless steel flanges or three-way pipes.
5. Thermometer
A thermometer is used to monitor the temperature changes of a liquid, avoiding changes in liquid properties caused by excessive heating or cooling.

The core process of stainless steel mixing tank is dissolution, stirring, heating and cooling.
1. Dissolve
Dissolution refers to adding a certain amount of substance to a liquid to disperse it evenly and dissolve it into the liquid. This usually requires the help of a mixer to ensure that the final mixture has the same composition and properties.
2. Mixing
Stirring is an important process in stainless steel mixing tanks, which can mix different substances evenly to form new liquid substances. Mixing can also avoid material stratification or precipitation, ensuring the stability and quality of the mixture.
3. Heating up
Heating refers to the transfer of heat into a liquid to heat, dissolve, and mix solid or semi-solid substances in the liquid. Heating is usually done using electric heating, steam heating, and other methods. It is important to avoid excessive heating to avoid affecting the quality of the liquid.
4. Cooling down
Cooling is the process of reducing the temperature of a liquid to a certain range to ensure that its properties do not change and to facilitate subsequent processing or storage. Cooling is usually achieved through methods such as water cooling and environmental cooling.
