1、 Installation and placement
1. Before installation, please confirm the specifications, filtration accuracy, and application scenarios of the filter.
2. Stainless steel pipeline filters are usually installed on pipelines with water flow rates below 2m/s. It should be installed vertically as much as possible to facilitate disassembly and maintenance, as well as to eliminate factors such as air and impurities.
3. Before installation, please clean the inside and outside of the filter to avoid damage from debris during the water flow process after installation.
2、 Operation precautions
1. Please confirm the sealing of the pipeline and filter before operation.
2. The maximum achievable outlet pressure under normal water flow should be lower than the rated pressure at the installation location. The maximum operating temperature of the filter is generally 80C, and exceeding this temperature can cause damage to the filter.
3. During the operation, the drain hole should be regularly removed to remove debris and dirt from the filter.
4. When the mesh size of the filter is high, please clean the mesh regularly to avoid blocking the water flow.
3、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. Regularly check the circuit and turn on the water for one minute to remove sediment from the pipeline.
2. When disassembling the filter, please close the inlet valve and vent valve first to drain the water in the system. Use a sink to connect water to the inlet and outlet pipes, and regularly clean the circuit.
3. Regularly use cleaning agents to clean the inside of the filter and ensure that the inside of the filter is dry.
4. Before turning off the water heater and boiler, please confirm whether the filter is dry and follow the corresponding operating procedures.
