The operation method of sanitary grade quick installation pipeline respirators needs to be combined with airtightness testing, clean installation specifications, and equipment maintenance requirements. The specific process is as follows:
1、 Preparation before operation
1. Integrity check
Confirm that the respirator body, sealing ring, and quick release clamp are not damaged, the surface of the filter element is free of stains or deformation, and the connection port meets the hygiene polishing standard. If necessary, use medical alcohol to wipe the contact surface to remove microbial contamination.
2. Air tightness pre inspection
After closing the pipeline valve, observe the pressure change of the system through the pressure gauge. If the pressure drop does not exceed 0.2MPa within 5 minutes, it is considered qualified. If a leak is found, replace the silicone gasket or tighten the clamp.
2、 Installation and activation
1. Quick docking
Align the respirator interface with the pipeline flange, press the buckle with one hand to complete mechanical locking, and ensure that the O-ring is fully embedded in the sealing groove. After connection, manually rotate 45 ° to confirm that there are no signs of looseness.
2. Ventilation test
Open the pipeline valve to the working pressure, use a smoking pen to check that there is no gas escaping from the connection, and observe whether the filter element shakes due to negative pressure (indicating that the airflow is passing through normally).
3、 Post use processing
1. Dismantling specifications
First, close the main valve, press the quick release button to release internal pressure, and then rotate the clamp counterclockwise to remove the respirator. Immediately rinse the flow channel with pure water after disassembly to prevent residue from solidifying.
2. Maintenance requirements
The filter element must be replaced every 3 months or when the pressure difference exceeds 0.05MPa;
The stainless steel casing is disinfected by soaking it in a 1% hydrogen peroxide solution every week to prevent chlorine agents from corroding the metal surface.
4、 Precautions
1. It is prohibited to install respirators when the temperature of the pipeline medium exceeds 80 ℃, as high temperatures can cause deformation and failure of PTFE seals;
2. Wear sterile gloves throughout the operation to prevent contamination of the clean interface by hand microorganisms;
3. Before restarting the system, a 30 minute pure steam sterilization program must be performed, with the temperature controlled at 121 ± 2 ℃.
