Sanitary grade stainless steel vacuum bellows achieve functionality through its unique structural design. It adopts hydraulic forming technology to press annular ripples on the pipe wall, endowing it with axial expansion and contraction (the expansion and contraction can reach 10% -15% of the pipe diameter) and lateral bending ability (the minimum bending radius is only 3 times the pipe diameter). This structure allows it to easily bypass building beams, columns, or equipment obstacles while maintaining sealing performance.
The working principle of bellows is based on its elastic deformation ability: when the pressure of the internal medium increases, the bellows will undergo radial expansion and axial elongation, thereby resisting leakage of the internal medium; When the internal pressure decreases, the bellows will return to its original shape and maintain a sealed state. This design fully utilizes the elastic deformation ability of the corrugated pipe to adapt to changes in medium pressure and achieve reliable sealing effect.
Sanitary grade stainless steel vacuum corrugated pipes have multiple technical characteristics:
1. Strong corrosion resistance: Made of 304/316L stainless steel material, with a chromium content of ≥ 18% and a nickel content of 8% -12%, the surface forms a dense chromium oxide protective film, which can effectively resist corrosion.
2. Flexible and easy to install: It can be bent according to actual needs, with a small bending radius and is not easily deformed after bending, suitable for complex spaces.
3. Excellent compression and explosion resistance: After rigorous pressure testing, it can withstand high working pressure and is not prone to bursting due to excessive pressure.
4. Health, safety, and environmental protection: free from harmful substances such as plasticizers and antioxidants, safe and non-toxic, clean and hygienic, not prone to scaling, and does not breed bacteria.
5. High and low temperature resistance: It can be used normally within the range of -40 ℃ to 120 ℃ without leakage.
Sanitary grade stainless steel vacuum corrugated pipes can be widely used in the following fields:
