The structural principle and application of air blocker
Date: 2024-07-31Read: 0
Air blocker equipment is a device that controls fluid flow and achieves flow control by compressing and relaxing gas.
Structure and principle of air blocker equipment:
The air blocker device consists of a main body and a control module. The main body is usually composed of a cylinder and a sealing device. The control module includes an electronic control device and an air control valve.
For the stamping industry, air blocker equipment is commonly used to cut off the feed of stamping materials to ensure that the cutting position is accurate for the next stamping. The workpiece stops at the cutting position to prevent error accumulation, resulting in higher accuracy of the next workpiece stamping position.
In air blocking equipment, the air compressor compresses the air to a high pressure state. By adjusting the air pressure, the cylinder is controlled to achieve relaxation and compression. When the cylinder is in a compressed state, the gas inside the cylinder undergoes compression changes, and then the gas inside the cylinder is sprayed out through a sealing device. When the cylinder is in a relaxed state, the gas inside the cylinder relaxes and the airflow is interrupted, achieving precise control of fluid flow.
The application scenarios of air blocker equipment are as follows:
Stamping industry: used to control the feed and position of workpieces, playing an important role in the precision stamping process.
Food processing industry: used to control the speed and position of food flow, ensuring production quality and safety.
Pharmaceutical industry: Air blockers are commonly used for precision dispensing of injections and automated transportation of granular materials.
