1、 Installation of defoamer

1. Simply install the entire mechanical defoamer directly onto the top connecting flange of the tank (see figure)

2. Connect the reflux pipe and exhaust pipe. Connect the reflux pipe and exhaust pipe to the container mouth to allow the reflux liquid and gas-liquid to return to the container, and do not directly discharge the gas According to different working conditions, some equipment requires additional flushing interfaces, which are equipped with corresponding valves and connected to water sources. The valves should be opened during flushing and closed during operation.

3. Install the guide pipe according to the liquid level and the height of the machine suction port Generally, the guide pipe opening is about 200MM away from the liquid level If the distance between the machine and the liquid level is relatively high and the standard guide tube is not long enough, the demand can be self equipped or purchased separately.

4. After connecting the power supply, check the rotation direction: the rotation direction of the machine must be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the machine, which is clockwise when viewed from the motor fan blade end. When checking the steering, you can touch and connect the motor. If the direction of operation is incorrect, replace the two cables. (Incorrect rotation direction can affect transmission efficiency and cause the rotor nut to loosen, resulting in rotor detachment.)

5. Machine inspection: This machine has been carefully assembled in the factory. Before putting it into use, please double check the flexibility of each bolt and shaft. If there is any looseness or abnormality, it must be eliminated before use.

2、 Startup and use of defoamer

1. Power on preparation

Before starting up, check if the operating direction is correct. If there are valves installed at the exhaust and return ports, open the valves at the exhaust and return ports.

2. Startup and shutdown:

The startup can be carried out intermittently according to the process, or continuously after startup. Users can adjust the startup and shutdown according to different processes After turning on, be careful not to let any foreign objects enter the machine and cause it to get stuck or damaged.
