1、 Maintenance matters for sine pump
Insufficient maintenance, errors, or inaccuracies can all lead to pump malfunctions, high repair costs, and damage. When maintaining the pump, whether during inspection, regular maintenance, or installation, it is necessary to follow the instructions. Not following the instructions can pose a threat to the operator and cause damage to the pump and its components. Maintenance work must be carried out by professionals. Wear appropriate clothing to resist high temperatures, dangerous or corrosive liquids. Ensure that professionals have read the entire operation manual. Special attention should be paid to chapters that contain necessary work. QH shall not be held responsible for any accidents or damages caused by failure to follow the instructions in the manual.
construction
The shaft drive of the pump is carried out through the rotor on the shaft driver. The shaft is placed on the installed double angular contact ball bearings and ball bearings. In order to drag the rotor, the shaft needs to have keyway grooves to install the shaft and bearings as a whole on the support for lubrication of gears and bearings. The lip seal is used as a plug for the shaft on the base
work area
Provide a clean work area; Some parts need to be handled carefully
tool
Proper use of designated tools in repair and maintenance work.
disconnect
When performing maintenance and inspection work, disconnect the power supply. Reduce pressure on the pump and components. If the material being transported allows for disconnection, allow the pump to cool to room temperature
safety
If the motor is started remotely, when you need to operate the pump, be sure to prevent the motor from starting
Follow the following procedure:
● Turn off the pump switch
● Disconnect the power supply of the pump
● Block the power control panel or paste warning signs
Remove the fuses and bring them to the work area
Do not remove the protective device on the coupling side until all pumps have stopped
Operation process maintenance
Regularly check the suction and discharge pressure
● Regular inspection of sealing
Check the oil in the support
Check the shaft seal (mechanical seal does not require any maintenance; however, the seal cannot work in a dry state). If there is a leak, replace the seal
Check the oil level every week. If necessary, add oil in a timely manner (after the pump stops running), but do not add too much! Refer to the "Lubricating Oil" chapter
Check the appearance of the lubricating oil. If the lubricating oil is contaminated, it should be completely drained (after the pump stops running). Check the source of contamination, eliminate it, and add oil to the support. Refer to the "Lubricating Oil" chapter
Before maintenance, the pump should be stopped for a period of time
Firstly, empty the pump
Add VG46 mineral oil to internal components
The pump must run briefly once a week or manually rotate the bearings. This ensures that the lubricating oil can circulate correctly.
External cleaning
Keep the outside of the pump clean at all times. This helps with maintenance work, while warning signs should be clearly visible. Ensure that cleaning products do not fall into the bearings of the motor. Cover all parts that will come into contact with the material. The cleaning product should not touch the lip seal
Do not sprinkle water on hot parts, as it may cause the parts to crack and liquid to overflow from the pump body during rapid cooling.
Circuit maintenance
Only when the power is cut off can professional personnel perform maintenance work on the circuit installation. Seriously implement national security policies and systems.
If the power supply is still connected during work, follow the above rules and regulations.
Check if electronic materials are clean and properly protected (e.g. IP54 indicates dust and water resistance but does not include protection against high-pressure water spray). Choose appropriate methods to clean electronic materials.
Replace damaged fuses with fuses of specified amperes
After completing each maintenance task, check for any malfunctions in the electronic installation components and repair them promptly if necessary.
lubricating oil
Gears and bearings are immersed in the oil cylinder
Pump oil supply
When changing the engine oil: the oil tank must reach the center of the peephole
Do not pour too much oil into the oil tank! Turn off the pump switch when rechecking the oil level; If necessary, add some engine oil.
The room temperature of engine oil is 5 to 50 º C: Industrial gear oil 130-200EP
Equipped with a continuously variable speed reducer for transmission. Special oil should be added for stepless speed regulation deceleration: traction fluid UB-1 or UB-3 cannot use other lubricating oils
