Magnetic stirrers replace traditional mechanical transmission dynamic seals with static seals welded with isolation sleeves, which can solve the problem of zero leakage that mechanical seals cannot achieve. The equipment is mainly used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals, and plays a role in dissolving, mixing, stirring, and preventing sedimentation of media. Today, the editor will introduce the operation, maintenance, and precautions of a magnetic stirrer.
1、 Operating procedures
1. Plug in the power, place the container containing the solution in the stirring position of the instrument, and insert the temperature head.
2. Turn on the power, adjust the speed knob clockwise, and adjust the speed from slow to fast to the desired speed. The stirring rotor drives the solution to rotate.
3. When setting the temperature, adjust the temperature knob to the desired temperature.
4. When operating the timer, rotate the timer switch clockwise to adjust the desired mixing time position. When the timer switch is turned to the OFF position, the mixing will automatically stop.
2、 Maintenance and Precautions
1. The temperature measuring probe should be adjusted to the appropriate height and should not touch the stirring rotor to prevent damage.
2. When turning the timer switch to the limit position, it should not be too fast or too strong to avoid damaging the parts.
3. If the heating range is between 80~150 ℃, place the temperature probe in the air.
4. After use, clean the temperature measuring probe in a timely manner.
5. After using the instrument, the power should be cut off, wiped with a dry cloth, and kept clean.
