1. Before starting work, the power supply voltage should be checked to ensure it meets the nameplate requirements, and the power cord should be checked for any signs of breakage or leakage. The casing must be properly grounded or fogged. Whether the grinding wheel and protective cover are intact, installed correctly and reliably.
2. Pay attention to moisture prevention, do not use in rainwater and damp places, and do not use in places with flammable and explosive materials.
3. The operator should wear work clothes and protective goggles.
4. Before plugging in the plug, make sure to check that the machine switch is in the closed position.
5. Before starting work, idle first, observe the sparks on the carbon brush, listen for the sound of the mechanical transmission to see if it is normal, and check if the grinding wheel runs evenly. If there are no abnormalities, work can proceed.
6. When replacing the grinding wheel, the plug should be unplugged or the power should be cut off. Live replacement or maintenance is not allowed.
7. When doing homework, the grinder should be leveled and stabilized before pressing the button to polish, slowly touching the polishing surface and applying appropriate force. It is strictly prohibited to suddenly bring the rotating grinding wheel into contact with the polishing surface, nor to press the polishing head hard to polish, nor to press the polishing head on the polishing surface and then press the switch, in order to avoid damaging the grinding wheel and injuring people by flying.
8. When polishing the workpiece, no one should be around to avoid injury.
9. Handheld grinding machines operate intermittently and are not allowed to run continuously for long periods of time.
10. After the work is completed, the power should be disconnected in a timely manner. Clean the grinding wheel machine to remove dust and dirt.
11. Store the grinding machine in a dry and warm place.
