The process principle of vacuum pressure reducing concentration pot is based on the core mechanism of boiling point reduction and low-temperature evaporation, mainly achieved through the following process:
1、 Core Process Principles
1. Vacuum establishment and boiling point control
By using a vacuum pump to lower the system pressure below atmospheric pressure, the physical property of the boiling point of the liquid decreasing with pressure is utilized to rapidly evaporate the solvent at low temperatures. At this point, the boiling point of water can be lowered to 40-60 ℃ to avoid damage to heat sensitive components caused by high temperatures.
2. Evaporation and Separation
The material is heated and boiled under the action of heating devices such as water baths and radiation heating modules, and the solvent evaporates to form secondary steam.
The effective ingredient foam carried in the secondary steam is separated by the vapor liquid separator, and the effective ingredient returns to the main body of the concentrate to avoid loss.
3. Condensation recycling and environmental protection treatment
The evaporated solvent vapor is rapidly condensed into liquid form through a double condensing tower or cold trap for recovery, reducing volatilization losses and environmental pollution.
2、 Process characteristics
1. Low temperature and high efficiency: The low-pressure environment significantly reduces the evaporation temperature, making it suitable for the concentration of thermosensitive substances such as biochemical drugs and food additives. At the same time, the evaporation rate is increased due to the easy gasification of solvent molecules.
2. Collaboration of system components: including integrated design of vacuum pump (establishing low pressure), heating module (promoting evaporation), separator (blocking effective ingredient loss), and condensing device (solvent recovery).
3. Diversified control: Some devices support gradient heating or mechanical oscillation to prevent boiling and optimize evaporation uniformity.
3、 Typical application scenarios
Mainly used for the concentration of pharmaceutical intermediates, food additives, and chemical raw materials, especially suitable for material processing that requires the retention of active ingredients.
