Electric heating batching tank is an industrial equipment that uses electrical energy to achieve heating, temperature control, and stirring functions. Its core structure and working principle are as follows:
1、 Structural composition
1. Tank body and jacket
The main body is made of stainless steel material, with mirror polished inner walls (roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m), and the jacket is filled with thermal oil or water as the heating medium. Part of the design adopts a three-layer structure (upper opening, lower sloping bottom) for easy cleaning and material discharge.
2. Heating system
The electric heating rod is inserted into the jacket to directly heat the medium, and combined with PID intelligent temperature control technology (temperature difference ± 1 ℃), it achieves precise temperature control. Some high-end models use electromagnetic induction heating, which heats the metal body itself through a high-frequency magnetic field, with a thermal efficiency of over 90%.
3. Mixing device
Magnetic stirrer or planetary reducer drives the stirring blade to ensure uniform mixing of materials while avoiding the risk of contamination caused by mechanical seals.
2、 Working principle
1. Electrothermal conversion: Electric energy is converted into thermal energy through a resistance tube or electromagnetic coil, and the heating medium is heated to 200-400 ℃.
2. Circulating heat transfer: The high-temperature medium transfers heat to the materials inside the tank through the jacket, forming a closed loop system.
3. Safety control: equipped with overheating protection, low liquid level alarm and other mechanisms to prevent dry burning or coking.
3、 Widely applicable fields
1. Food industry: blending and sterilization of dairy products and beverages.
2. Pharmaceutical industry: The preparation of drug solutions (concentrated/diluted tanks) must comply with GMP hygiene standards.
3. Chemical and daily chemical industries: mixed reactions of pigments and oils, corrosion-resistant design suitable for various chemical media.
4. Research and small-scale experiments: In scenarios without steam heat sources, the volume of 50L-5000L can flexibly adapt to experimental needs.
4、 Technical advantages
1. Efficient and energy-saving: Electromagnetic heating saves 30-70% electricity compared to traditional resistance heating.
2. Easy to maintain: The fully enclosed structure reduces pollution, and the detachable parts are easy to clean.
3. Wide adaptability: Supports process requirements from room temperature to 350 ℃, compatible with extended functions such as weighing and liquid level measurement.
