Titanium rod filter is a traditional filtering equipment, shaped like a microporous filter, with a professional metal titanium sintered rod as the filtering medium. The filtration accuracy can be selected according to user needs. It is generally used for coarse filtration and intermediate filtration. The titanium rod filter is a cylindrical structure with a semi-circular butterfly shaped head at the top and bottom, and the upper head is the cover, which is also the filter liquid collector. The filtration process is as follows: the filter is input through the bottom (or simplified lower side) pipe opening through the filter element, and output through the top pipe opening of the upper head. There is a middle partition between the simplified body and the upper head, which is used for loading the filter element and separating the original filtrate from the filter liquid. The filter has one core and 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 19 cores according to the amount of filtrate, and the filtration capacity starts from 50kg, with more cores being able to filter more than ten tons. The accuracy starts from 0.5um up to 30mm, so the filtration capacity and accuracy can meet the needs of various industries. The sand rod filter has sufficient volume to meet the needs of coarse filtration and recovery of filter residue. For example, the activated carbon cylinder used for decolorization of drug liquids in pharmaceutical factories can store a certain amount of carbon particles, and the service life is relatively extended.
A titanium rod filter, in addition to the upper cover of the cylinder, has inlet and outlet pipes, pressure gauges, vent valves, drain valves, sealing rings, lifting rings, etc. The titanium rod filter is generally a vertical structure with three legs at the bottom, so it can be installed separately. The filter cylinder and upper cover are mostly connected by flanges and bolts. Single core type, also connected with clamps, inlet and outlet pipes, with connection methods including rubber hose type and clamp type (rubber hose type refers to the rubber hose joint of the tower type). Large pressure above 0.6Mpa can also be connected with flange type.
