In order to meet the production needs of the workshop, ensure personal safety and equipment safety, the following regulations are made for the operation of the sandwich pot:

1、 Pre startup inspection

1. Check if the steam pressure gauge on the edge of the sandwich pot is normal.

2. Check if the pressure relief valve of the sandwich pot is functioning properly.

2、 Start up and operate

1. Place the sandwich pot horizontally without tilting, open the drain valve at the bottom of the pot, and drain the condensed water inside the sandwich.

2. After the condensate is drained, add water to the pot and open the steam valve (due to the small capacity of the sandwich pot, the steam valve can only be opened halfway).

3. After the water is heated to a certain temperature, gradually turn down the valve and close it when the water boils.

4. When pouring water, the staff stands on the side of the sandwich pot, rotates the screw turntable on the right, and aligns the water outlet with the water container to prevent hot water splashing out and causing burns.

3、 Precautions

1. Steam operation must be strictly carried out in accordance with the "Steam Pipeline Valve Operation Specification".

2. When using, personnel should stay away from the sandwich pot and not enter within 1 meter in front of the sandwich pot (red line area). When operating, operators must stand on the side of the sandwich pot.

3. After using the sandwich pot, the steam in the sandwich pot should be drained completely.

4. Regularly clean the scale inside the pot.
