The principle of high shear emulsification tank: During operation, the emulsification head inside the tank rotates at high speed, generating strong suction force. The material is rotated and sucked down by the strong suction force of the emulsification head, and then thrown towards the stator, sprayed out through the gaps of the stator teeth. At the same time, the anti vortex baffle at the bottom of the high shear mixing material emulsification tank converts the rotational force into up and down tumbling force. Through this repeated action, the materials in the tank are mixed evenly, preventing the powder loaded materials from accumulating and aggregating on the liquid surface, thus achieving the purpose of emulsification and homogenization. The production process of materials is completed entirely in a sealed environment, ensuring safety and hygiene.
