At this time, the steam pressure of the jacket is controlled within 0 and 09 MPa, and the outlet valve for the condensate water under the jacket is slightly opened to discharge exhaust gas and condensate water to maintain a constant steam pressure. At this point, the boiling process begins.
3. When the liquid medicine in the main tank boils, open the secondary steam inlet valve that enters the condenser from the main tank, and close the secondary steam inlet valve that enters the condenser from the evaporator. Open the cold water inlet valves of the condenser and cooler for atmospheric circulation extraction.
4. After heating the liquid medicine in the extractor for 40-50 minutes, open the outlet valve of the extractor, turn on the vacuum pump, and the liquid medicine is sucked into the concentration evaporator through the pipeline filter. Open the inlet valve of the heater to adjust the inlet steam pressure, and open the secondary steam inlet valve from the evaporator to the condenser. The secondary steam generated by concentration enters the condenser or solvent tank together with the steam generated in the extractor after de foaming, condensation, and vapor-liquid separation, and finally flows back into the extractor or solvent tank. During the extraction process, the outlet valve at the bottom of the extraction tank is adjusted to maintain a balance between the reflux rate of the condensate at the top of the extraction tank and the outlet volume at the bottom of the extraction system.
5. The hot solvent is continuously circulated. After the solute is completely dissolved, close the main tank jacket inlet valve and the secondary steam inlet valve from the main tank to the condenser. The secondary steam generated by the evaporator concentration is directly condensed and cooled by the condenser, and continues to be concentrated and recovered until it is concentrated into a paste with the required specific gravity (1.05-1.35) and discharged.
6. Ethanol can be recovered during the coal dissolution extraction process using ethanol. At this time, the interlayer steam pressure is controlled to be stable within 0.07MPa, and the temperature inside the tank is generally between 60-70 ℃ and maintained constant.
7. To extract Chinese herbal medicine containing aromatic oil, a small amount of aromatic oil may be recovered through the extractor. This process is realized in the process of Changle decoction. At this time, the inlet of the solvent tank should be closed, the outlet of the aromatic oil should be opened until the oil is discharged (which can be observed by the glass), and the reflux port should be opened a little. The aromatic perfume flows back into the main tank, and the aromatic oil is continuously discharged.
2、 Parking
1. Close the steam inlet valve and open the exhaust valve to exhaust the remaining steam.
2. Open the material valve and transfer the dilute solution to the solvent tank.
3. Clean up the medicine residue.
4. Clean the cooking tank, heater, evaporator, and their accessories.
