1、 Pre work inspection:
1. Check and confirm that the evaporator has been cleaned and ready for use.
2. Check that instruments such as steam, cooling water, voltage, and vacuum are all functioning properly.
3. Check and confirm that all connecting pipes are sealed properly and all valves are open normally.
4. Check and confirm that the electrical and instrumentation of each control part are normal.
2、 Normal production:
1. First, turn on the vacuum pump, open the vacuum port shut-off valve, and adjust the valve opening. Adjust the pressure of the vacuum gauge in the evaporation chamber to 0.03-0.08Mpa, open the feed valve, and when the liquid rises to half of the lower mirror of the evaporation chamber nozzle, close the feed valve, open the steam valve to heat up, and open the cooling water inlet valve to cool the evaporated gas and start normal evaporation work.
2. According to the evaporation rate, replenish the material appropriately to its original position.
3. Drainage: When the condensate level of the water collector rises to 1/2 of the glass tube level gauge, close the two valves (vent valve and drain valve) on the water collector, open the lower drain valve to drain it completely, and then restore it. If the concentrated alcohol extract solution is used, ethanol should be recovered simultaneously.
4. During the concentration process, the vacuum valve and steam valve should be adjusted at any time according to the temperature of the medicine to prevent boiling.
5. Radio: After the material liquid reaches the required specific gravity through sampling and measurement, close the steam valve and vacuum valve, evacuate and collect the material.
6. When the equipment is in operation, one should stick to their work post and observe the operation status of the equipment and the progress of material evaporation at any time.
3、 Production completed:
1. Close the cooling water supply valve and vacuum valve
2. Turn off the main power and drain the condensate from the drain.
4、 Clearing the venue:
1. Batch change and site clearance
(1) Put the concentrated immersed parts from the evaporator into the alcohol settling tank or mixing tank.
(2) Heat, clean, and concentrate with drinking water until the effluent is clear.
(3) Remove the status signs from the production site and replace them with the "cleaned" status village emblem.
2. Change varieties and clear the site
(1) Put the concentrated immersed parts from the evaporator into the alcohol settling tank or mixing tank.
(2) Clean the evaporation chamber with hot water, and if necessary, use a 5% Na0H aqueous solution to steam clean the evaporation chamber. Then clean with purified water to bring the pH value to 5-7.
(3) According to the cleaning and clearing requirements, clean the exterior walls, doors and windows of the equipment, and flush the floor.
(4) After passing the inspection, hang the "Cleaned" sign indicating that the cleaning is qualified.
5、 Attention:
1. This equipment adopts pressure reduction and concentration. During the concentration process, the steam pressure should be controlled below 0.1Mpa and the temperature should be controlled between 50-70 ℃ to prevent excessive temperature and loss of material and liquid.
2. Production operators should always pay attention to the pressure gauge, and the working pressure must not exceed the equipment pressure during operation. When leaving the post, the steam valve should be closed, and they can only leave when the pressure gauge indicates "0".
3. Properly control the feed rate to prevent excessive liquid medicine in the evaporation chamber from damaging the vacuum pump equipment, or insufficient liquid medicine in the evaporation chamber from solidifying, burning, or sticking the paste into blocks.
4. The bypass valve should only be opened to discharge condensate water at the beginning and end of steam supply, and should be closed during normal heating.
