Circulating water vacuum pump, also known as water ring vacuum pump, is a type of rough vacuum pump. This pump is based on the multi-purpose vacuum pump for circulating water, and has been improved by reducing the size of the laboratory due to its small size. It includes various models of transparent anti-corrosion water tanks, anti-corrosion shells, and stainless steel shells.

Precautions for using circulating water vacuum pump:

1. Regularly check the oil level position, and adjust it to meet the requirements if it does not meet the regulations;

2. Regularly check the oil quality and replace it with new oil if it deteriorates, to ensure the normal operation of the vacuum pump.

When the vacuum pump needs to be stopped, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.

When the vacuum pump is used in the cold winter season, after parking, the drain plug at the bottom of the pump body should be unscrewed to drain the medium and prevent freezing and cracking.

5. After reassembly, a trial run should be carried out, usually running empty for 2 hours and changing the oil twice. Due to the presence of a certain amount of volatile substances in the vacuum pump during cleaning, it should be put back into normal operation after normal operation.

6. After the vacuum pump is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum pump, and gradually open the gate valve according to the appropriate pressure displayed. At the same time, check the motor load condition. Try to control the flow rate and head of the circulating water vacuum pump within the range indicated on the label as much as possible to ensure that the vacuum pump operates at the maximum efficiency point, in order to achieve the maximum energy-saving effect.
