Process principle of filling and sealing machine

Filling and sealing machine is a commonly used sealing and packaging equipment for small packages of liquids, powders, or granular materials. Its main function is to achieve a sealing effect by filling the packaging bag with sealing material, sealing it and heat sealing it.
The main process principles of the filling and sealing machine equipment are as follows:
1. Automatic metering and filling
The filling and sealing machine equipment adopts advanced weighing sensing technology to achieve automatic measurement function. That is to say, the equipment will automatically calculate the appropriate weight based on different types and specifications of materials, and automatically fill them into packaging bags.
2. Sub packaging
After the measurement and filling are completed, the equipment will pack the filled materials into various packaging bags according to the preset parameters. The equipment can be divided into multiple packages as needed, allowing materials to be evenly distributed into each packaging bag. At the same time, the device also has an automatic error correction function to ensure the accuracy of packaging.
3. Heat sealed sealing
After measuring, filling and packaging, the filling material is filled into the packaging bag. Subsequently, the device began to automatically heat seal the packaging bags. This process mainly heats the bag opening through heat transfer to achieve the sealing effect.
4. Heat sealing for welding wire
After the sealing is completed, the equipment will also perform heat sealing for wire bonding. This process aims to weld the bag opening and welding wire together, making the bag opening more secure and avoiding the risk of material leakage.
5. Automatic feeding
Finally, the equipment will automatically feed the welded bags for the subsequent packaging process. Front and back feeding can be set as needed to meet the requirements of packaging bags of different sizes and shapes.
