1、 Core structure composition

1. Double filling head system: Two independent servo motors are used to drive the screw (one large and one small). The main screw completes most of the material filling, while the small screw performs precision feeding, achieving high-precision weighing feedback control. The height of the filling head can be flexibly adjusted by the handwheel to adapt to containers of different specifications.

2. Material conveying module: The horizontal connecting plate conveyor belt is equipped with a servo positioning device to ensure that the container is accurately moved to the filling station. The silo adopts a horizontally open stainless steel structure (SUS304/316L) for easy cleaning.

3. Weighing feedback system: Integrated with high-sensitivity sensors, real-time monitoring of filling weight and dynamic adjustment of screw speed, automatic alarm when the error exceeds the threshold.

4. Auxiliary institutions:

Dust removal device: connected to negative pressure pipeline to effectively control the filling dust;

Vibration defoaming module: eliminates powder gaps and improves filling consistency;

Mixing mechanism: prevent powder from arching in the silo and ensure continuous feeding.

2、 Working principle and process

1. Container positioning: Empty bottles enter the workstation through the conveyor belt, and the servo positioning device fixes the bottle body;

2. Main filling stage: The large screw rotates at high speed to fill 90% -95% of the target weight, and the filling speed can reach 1800-2750 revolutions per minute;

3. Feeding calibration: The weighing system detects the actual weight, and the small screw adjusts the feeding to the set value with an accuracy of ± 1 gram (within 500 grams);

4. Vibration defoaming: After filling, the container is subjected to a vibration table to eliminate bubbles and improve compactness;

5. Quality inspection output: The weight inspection unit eliminates defective products and outputs qualified products.

3、 Technical characteristics

1. Precision control: Twin screw collaboration+real-time weighing feedback, comprehensive error ≤ ± 1%;

2. Speed advantage: Dual station parallel operation, with an efficiency of 40-50 bottles/minute;

3. Compatibility: By replacing the screw accessories, it supports the packaging of 0.1-2000 grams of powder;

4. Safety: All parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel and comply with GMP standards.

The control system adopts PLC+touch screen human-machine interface, and preset parameters can be stored (such as filling volume, pulse number, vibration intensity), achieving the full process automation of 'setting self calibration production'. Automatic shutdown alarm in case of material blockage or out of tolerance, ensuring operational stability.
