1、 Regular cleaning and inspection
1. Keep the charging interface and the interior of the cabinet clean to avoid dust or foreign objects affecting contact.
2. Check if the charging cable is damaged, ensure a stable connection, and prevent unstable current.
2、 Environmental control
1. The storage environment should be dry and ventilated, with a recommended temperature range of 5 ℃~35 ℃ to avoid battery aging caused by high temperature or humidity.
2. Stay away from sources of fire, heat, and corrosive substances to prevent safety hazards.
3、 Battery management
1. Avoid overcharging/overdischarging: Use a smart charger, set the correct battery pack parameters, and power off promptly after being fully charged.
2. Voltage balance: Regularly check the battery cell voltage, and if the difference exceeds 0.1V, separate charging calibration is required.
3. Long term storage: If not in use for more than 3 days, discharge to 30%~50% of battery capacity; Perform a charge discharge cycle every 6 months.
4、 Safe operation
1. Someone needs to be on duty during charging to avoid any abnormal situations (such as smoking or overheating) that have not been dealt with in a timely manner.
2. Do not mix batteries with metal objects to prevent short circuits.
5、 Fault handling
1. If the indicator light is abnormal or unable to charge, please refer to the manual or contact after-sales service first.
2. Serious malfunctions (such as fire) should be immediately powered off and evacuated, and professional personnel should be contacted for handling.
The above measures can extend the service life of the charging cabinet and ensure safety. Specific operations can refer to relevant technical specifications.
