1. According to the cleanliness level of the environment, the filter material in the pre filter should be removed and cleaned regularly, with a general interval of 3-6 months.
2. Regularly (usually once every two months) measure the wind speed in the working area using a hot bulb anemometer. If it is found that the technical parameters do not meet the requirements, the power supply voltage of the wind turbine can be adjusted.
3. When the voltage of the fan unit is adjusted to the maximum, if the wind speed in the working area still does not reach 0.3m/s, the high-efficiency air filter must be replaced. After replacing the high-efficiency air filter, the dust particle counter should be used to check whether the sealing around is good. If there is any leakage, it needs to be sealed with sealant.
4. When replacing the high-efficiency air filter and pre filter, the machine should be stopped.
5. When replacing the high-efficiency air filter, the following precautions should be taken:
(1) When replacing a new high-efficiency air filter, special attention should be paid to protecting the integrity of the filter paper during unpacking, handling, installation, and use. It is forbidden to touch the filter paper with hands to cause damage.
(2) Before installation, point the new high-efficiency filter at the bright spot and visually inspect whether the high-efficiency air filter has any leaks due to transportation or other reasons. If there are any leaks, it cannot be used.
(3) When replacing, the back cover of the chassis should be opened, and attention should be paid to keeping the arrow mark on the filter consistent with the airflow direction of the workbench.
