Candy rotary tablet press is an automatic rotary continuous tablet press suitable for pressing various granular raw materials into tablets, but not suitable for pressing semi-solid, moist molecules, and particle free ultra-fine powders. This machine is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, ceramics, food, electronics, plastics, and powder metallurgy.
The main structural description of the candy rotary tablet press is as follows:
1. Electrical device: The power supply of this machine is 380V three-phase four wire system. Please refer to the user manual for the main principles and operating procedures.

2. Upper pressing wheel frame and peripheral sealing device: This device is supported by two circular pillars on the upper half of the machine and the platform, forming a pressing chamber that can resist the compaction reaction force of the pressing wheel on the punching rod during pressing and form a window shaped closed space. When the reaction force borne by the upper pressure wheel is greater than the set working pressure, the torque composed of the eccentricity of the main pressure wheel is greater than the balance torque composed of the compression spring and the lever. The spring will be compressed and the upper pressure wheel will be released to relieve the load, effectively avoiding overpressure damage to the punch rod, so that the operator can check the fault and adjust the working pressure in a timely manner. When adjusting the pressure, it is necessary to open the rear door opposite the operation panel, and then adjust the pre tension force of the spring inside the spring sleeve as needed to achieve the set pressure.
3. Turntable and upper track device: The turntable is the main component of the machine and must rotate clockwise during operation to prevent damage to the lower track caused by the lower punch rod. The upper track device is equivalent to a cylindrical cam, which performs a predetermined upward and downward movement along the flange of the track by punching the groove at the tail during operation.
4. Transmission device: This device is mainly driven by a motor through a V-belt to rotate the worm gear, which in turn drives the worm wheel and spindle to rotate, thereby achieving the purpose of rotating the turntable.
5. Main body and lower track device: The lower track is a segmented planar cam that causes the lower punch rod to move up and down along it during operation. There is a circular loading and unloading pad for the lower punch at the outlet of the lower track. The lower track of this machine can be directly assembled and disassembled under the main body. The main body is the main component that supports the gravity of the turntable and resists the axial force of the transmission worm gear. This machine adopts the transmission mode of spindle driven turntable, so there are four speed bearings installed in the center hole of the main body. One side of the main body serves as a support for the pressing wheel and is equipped with a thickness adjustment device.
6. The feeding hopper and moon shaped grid feeder are the main feeding devices. When installing the feeder, it should be noted that the gap between its bottom surface and the turntable is 0.03-0.1 millimeters. The adjustment of the hopper and powder amount is done by using two rolling knobs in the upper right part of the working room - rotating the hopper downwards to the right and upwards to adjust the height of the hopper to control the flow of powder. The basis for adjustment is to prevent the accumulated powder inside the feeder from overflowing. After adjustment, the rolling screws on the side should be tightened.
