Instructions for using ZP35B rotary tablet press:
Before using the machine, please read the machine operation manual carefully.
Before use, it is necessary to repeatedly check whether all parts of the machine are installed completely. Lubricating points should be filled with lubricating oil as required, and the positions of various adjustment mechanisms should be checked to ensure that they meet the requirements, as well as the integrity and flexibility of the punching device.
⑶ Check whether the granular raw materials are dry and whether the particle and powder content meet the requirements. If they are not qualified, do not press them hard, otherwise it will affect the normal operation, service life, and raw material loss of the machine.
The operator must be familiar with the technical performance and internal structure of the machine, and the principle of using the control and adjustment mechanism. During operation, the staff must not stay away from the work post to prevent damage to the parts due to malfunctions and ensure safe production.
⑸ Do not press the "MODE", "RUN", "STOP" and other buttons on the main motor control panel at will to avoid unexpected situations.
During use, pay attention to whether the machine is running normally. If any abnormal situation occurs, press the emergency stop button SB1 on the right side of the electric control box, stop the machine and eliminate it. Do not use it reluctantly.

⑴ Electrical operation:

⑵ Operation steps:
① Plug in the main power plug X11, close the main power switch QF1, and the HL1 power indicator lights up. When the HL6 loading and unloading rail protection indicator lights up, adjust the loading and unloading die and check if the machine is running normally.
② Close the QF4220V power switch QF2 of the oil pump, press the boost button SB4 and KA2 to engage the hydraulic motor for operation, activate the Y1 solenoid valve, and adjust the pressure display P1 to the desired pressure. If the desired pressure is exceeded, the limit of SQ3 and SQ4 will be activated (it is recommended to adjust SQ3 and SQ4 to slightly higher than the desired pressure), KA3 and KA4 will engage, and the left and right overpressure indicators HL4 and HL5 will light up. Press the pressure reduction button SB5 solenoid valve Y2 to activate to the desired pressure, and HL4 and HL5 will turn off.
③ Install the protective cover plate, the loading and unloading track protection indicator HL6 is off, and there are no other fault displays on the panel. At this time, normal operation can be carried out. Press the SB3 start button, KA1 is engaged (KA1 does not move when there is a fault display), and the whole machine runs at the original frequency of the frequency converter. Press the △ or ▽ button (stepless speed regulation) to the desired frequency (higher frequency, corresponding speed increase), press the stop button SB2 for normal parking. If there is an emergency situation, press the emergency stop self-locking button SB1, the emergency stop indicator HL3 will light up, indicating emergency parking. Turn the button to the right to reset.
④ In general, users are advised not to arbitrarily change the display content of the variable frequency operation program to avoid unnecessary accidents. If changing the display content of the operation program, please read the variable frequency operation manual carefully.
⑤ Insert the power plug of X2 screening machine and X3 powder suction box, and close the QP3 and QF4 power switches. The screening machine and powder suction box should operate normally.
