The laboratory uses a small standard inspection screen (also known as an analytical screen) with a new type of vertical vibration motor as the vibration source. The upper and lower ends of the vertical vibration motor are equipped with eccentric weights, which can generate horizontal, vertical, and inclined three-dimensional movements. The excitation force is transmitted to the standard screen frame and material through the screen frame chassis to achieve excellent grading. By adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower eccentric weights, the movement trajectory of the material on the screen surface can be changed, and the running time can be set on the timer to ensure sufficient material classification.

Below is a brief introduction to the operation method of soil sample standard screening, as follows:

1. The standard test sieve should be placed horizontally; Confirm that the power supply and nameplate requirements match, and ensure grounding; The vibrating part cannot come into contact with other objects; Are all bolts tightened;

2. Determine the standard sieve frame to be selected based on the inspected material and corresponding standards;

3. Stack the standard sieve frame on the sieve frame base in ascending order of aperture, from bottom to top;

4. Place the inspected material into the standard sieve frame at the top, cover it with the upper cover of the standard sieve, adjust the height of the adjusting rod according to the total height of the standard sieve frame, and then use a pressure plate and locking nut to position and press the standard sieve frame (note: both sides should apply force *);

5. Set the running time on the timer based on the material properties and feeding amount, then turn on the power switch, and the standard test screen will start working;

6. After the standard test screen stops working, loosen the locking nut, remove the pressure plate, and carefully remove the standard screen frame;

7. Cut off the power supply.
